| Westleigh House Farm is a 300 acre working sheep and arable farm, set in the picturesque village of Westleigh, overlooking the River Torridge. Just two miles from the nearest town of Bideford, seven miles from Barnstaple and a few minutes drive from the beach, this makes Westleigh House Farm the perfect place to stay. |

The house is Victorian with large spacious rooms, an open oak staircase and
large dining room with TV and woodburner for cosy winter evenings. We have three rooms, two family and one double. All are
tastefully decorated and are either en-suite or with private bathrooms. They are all equipped with heaters, colour TV and tea
& coffee making facilities. |
In the surrounding area there is something to see and do for all ages. There is the Tarka Trail with 21 miles
of cycle track only half a mile away, and the beach at Instow only a few minutes drive from the farm. For the young (and the
young at heart) there are the theme parks, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. At Torrington visit the Dartington Crystal Factory or
the beautiful Royal Horticultural Society's Rosemoor Gardens.
A two course evening meal is available or there is our local pub within walking distance.
We are open all year round except for Christmas, New Year and throughout the month of March.
We offer a 10% discount on all bookings during November and December.
