There are 2 spacious double rooms with bay windows, at the east and west ends of the house overlooking the village green and facing south (one is twin bedded). Each has a large attached private bathroom looking north. The 2 smaller rooms are both twin bedded and suitable for all ages but especially children. These share a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin. These rooms have french windows opening onto a first floor verandah also looking south over the village green. The sitting room downstairs is exclusively for guests. Larger parties use the drawing room. TV is available.

The house is late Victorian in design and generous with space. The staircase and doors are all in the original wooden pine. The sitting rooms have open fires which are lit on chilly evenings or wet days. The verandah has ample space for waders, wet clothes, bikes etc. and the kitchen Aga is available for drying out wet clothes and guests. Evening meals can be designed as stylish dinner parties for entertaining or as more simple affairs before an evening's fishing or an early night. The large gardens are available to guests with table tennis in the Summer House and croquet on the lawns.
