John and Nadine Tomkins, 59 Chester Terrace, Fiveways, Preston Park, Brighton, BN1 6GB

Welcome

We offer visitors a warm welcome to our Victorian terraced home. Our house has a contemporary feel with oil paintings, pottery and stained glass by local artists.

We are adjacent to pretty Blakers Park, with tennis courts and a small cafe open 7 days a week. Fiveways is well known for its Artists' Open Houses which take place every weekend during the May Brighton Festival.

Patio

Patio overlooking the pretty walled garden

There is a spacious double bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities.

Full English or Continental breakfast is served in the lounge. In summer there is a patio and small garden where breakfast can be taken. We also offer a welcoming tea and home made cakes on arrival.

Usual arrival times are 4pm onwards and departure by 11am the next day. However, arrangements outside these times can be made prior to your visit.

We are a no smoking house. We are also sorry that we cannot accept pets.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area just above Preston Park. We are only ten minutes by car from the city centre. On street parking is free. Regular buses go into the centre or it takes about 25 minutes to walk in. We are also just 5 minutes by taxi from Brighton and Preston Park stations to London and it is a 5 minute walk to London Road station with trains to the University of Sussex and on to Lewes and Eastbourne.
