'Patcham' is a welcoming family home located just ten minutes walk from the centre of Guildford, serving as an ideal base for both tourists and business visitors to the town. Guildford Station, on the London-Portsmouth mainline, is five minutes on foot, with connections to Gatwick Airport; Heathrow can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Guildford, set amongst the rolling North Downs, has a long history with an 11th century castle, and the Pilgrims' Way runs just south of the town centre. Many eminent figures have associations with the town, including Lewis Carroll and Yvonne Arnaud. When you tire of tourist activities, the cobbled High Street provides a wealth of designer shops and cafes!

'Patcham' is within a mile of the University and Research Park, and the Royal Surrey County Hospital is five minutes drive. Further afield, the RHS Gardens at Wisley are worth a visit, and for walkers there are the Surrey Hills. This part of Surrey has plenty of historic houses such as Hatchlands and Polesden Lacey.
