Emms Cottage is a small friendly B&B. We will collect you from either Par or St. Austell station if coming without transport. Eden is about 25 minutes walking distance and 3 minutes by car. We provide a good full English breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, juice, toast and home made marmalades. Other options available. Emms Cottage is on a bus route, very convenient for Heligan, Mevagissy and Fowey. Although we can not provide en-suite, we have a lovely private bathroom for our guests and also a small conservatory you may relax in or maybe have breakfast in the morning. St Austell 3 miles.
