Our rooms are all en-suite, with flat screen TVs and hospitality trays. We offer a choice of breakfast options and use quality, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We are situated within walking distance of Dorchester and two minutes from the bus stop that links you to the Jurassic Coast. The coast is just 15 minutes away and beautiful countryside surrounds Dorchester. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. We have off-road parking. | |

| Situated one mile outside the village of Martinstown, two miles from Dorchester, enjoying lovely views of the countryside. Also within easy reach of Weymouth and Bridport. Nearby is the Dorset Coastal Ridgeway with its spectacular views across Chesil Beach. The property is about two hundred years old and has undergone extensive renovation, restoring period features such as inglenook fireplaces and exposed beams. There is a pretty garden, with woodlands to the rear of the property and open farmland. Accommodation comprises two double bedrooms with traditional brass and iron beds. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with a bathroom the other with a shower room. A large lounge is available with an inglenook fireplace and woodburner. The house is fully centrally heated. Every effort is made to use locally produced food, of good quality and organic where possible. A choice is available of traditionally cooked breakfast, vegetarian or continental. | |
