Victorian property surrounded by fruit farms in quiet location.
Situated in the heart of Kent countryside one mile from Leeds Castle, several miles outside Maidstone, in a quiet country lane that is within easy reach of the M20, about 40 minutes from Dover and Folkestone. Our B&B is well placed for visiting many historically interesting towns, gardens and houses and a short drive from the south coast, with its quaint seaside towns. We have one double and one twin room, both with en-suite shower, and views out over our garden. Tea and coffee making facilities and colour TVs are provided, and we have converted our roof space to provide a sitting room for guests' use. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance, as well as a number of good restaurants nearby. We speak French and German. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

ROCKY HILL HOUSE
Rocky Hill House is a Grade II listed building in Maidstone town centre.
We have two rooms, a double and a family room taking up to four people. Both have recently been refurbished with en-suite bathrooms and are situated at the front of the house, they have many period features including strawberry gothic windows, shutters and fireplaces. There is a courtyard and half acre garden for the use of guests. We have secure off-street parking and can offer limited garaging for motorbikes. We are situated near the centre of town with the river and Maidstone West Station all within easy walking distance. Maidstone East Station is only a short taxi ride away.

Aylesford bed and breakfast is a friendly and comfortable bed and breakfast with easy access to both the M20 and M2 motorways. Also located close to many prime attractions in Kent such as Leeds Castle, Buckmore Park and Brands Hatch. We have ample off-street parking and are a ten minute walk from the beautiful Aylesford Village. Here you will find a few traditional public houses, a restaurant and post office. We are 2.5 miles from the main town of Maidstone, where there is always a lot going on with a huge selection of bars, restaurants and plenty of shops.
