We are a newly modernised guest house on the edge of Kendal.
We have three letting bedrooms all with either en-suite facilities or private bathroom. We are close to Kendal and the Lakes and welcome walkers and cyclists. We are also a member of Out To Play Golf, with three golf courses close by. Our facilities are not suitable for children under 14 years of age, and we do not accept pets.
