Vaulted ceilings, and exposed beams are just two of the features of this converted barn adjoining our own home in the heart of the rolling Suffolk countryside. A great location for visiting or touring the Heritage Coast and only 20 minutes drive from Snape, the home of the Aldeburgh Festival. We are close to Woodbridge in the heart of special landscape countryside, just two miles from the A12. Long or short stays are welcome in our comfortable double room with a large picture window overlooking the garden, with its own shower and WC facilities. Continental breakfasts provided, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We have plenty of parking, and dogs are welcome if well behaved and don't mind our own pets - cat, dog and chickens. Wheelchair accessible. Woodbridge 2 miles.

THE GARDEN ROOM

"Wonderful family, great dog, lovely room, brilliant breakfast"..as one of our guests put it! Located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Woodbridge and the River Deben. The room is separate from the house and as such allows complete flexibility, as you are free to come and go as you please. Breakfast is a wonderful selection of locally sourced breads, conserves and homemade cereals complemented by fruit juices, real coffee and speciality teas. These will be left in the room for you to enjoy at your leisure. You will also find a few treats and a complimentary bottle of red or white wine when you arrive. Local facilities include golf, sailing, bird watching, walking, cycling, woods, river and coast.

FERRY FARM B&B
A 16th Century farmhouse next to the River Deben, walkable to Sutton Hoo.
