Situated 1.5 miles out of Framlingham, we are ideally located for exploring the delights of Suffolk, the coast is just 15 miles. The house sits peacefully in 2 acres of garden amidst open countryside. All bedrooms have views overlooking the garden and are well appointed with washand basins and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms have central heating. They are tastefully decorated and have period furniture in keeping with the farmhouse. We have a guest lounge and inglenook fireplace with log fires in the winter. Breakfasts are served in the morning room overlooking the garden. A full English breakfast comes recommended with special diets catered for.
